Yes Cargo is an international IATA air forwarder; it is involved in handling and arrangement of shipping in import and export, it arranges transport to and from all destinations in Poland and to and from all destinations in the world.
We cooperate with a majority of airlines, in particular with Lufthansa, SAS, LOT, DHL AVIATION, Air France, British Airways, Emirates Airlines, Turkish Airline, KLM, ETIHAD AIRWAYS, ALITALIA and other IATA member airlines.
We provide comprehensive handling of cargo in air transport, neutralisation, packaging appropriate for air transport, DGR documentation, storage, packaging and distribution of goods as well as all other services commissioned to us by customers.
The Yellow Cargo team is composed of professionals with adequate technical qualifications and many years of experience in shipping and transport.

Sea shipping

Relying on our experience in sea shipping, we provide comprehensive handling of cargo in import, export and transit. We assist in selecting an optimum transport variant offering a majority of ports in the world.

We offer handling of full container loads (FCL), less-than container loans (LCL), shipping of cargo of all shapes and dimensions, conventional loads and large dimensional loans, with regular and charter lines, door to door or warehouse to warehouse, as you may require.
With our customs agencies and a location accepted by the customs authorities, customs clearance for our Customers are carried out within a short time.

Spedycja drogowa

Nasza firma świadczy kompleksowe usługi w zakresie transportu drogowego krajowego i międzynarodowego. Oferujemy transport drobnicy, kontenerów jak również ładunków ponadgabarytowych, łącznie z zapewnieniem dystrybucji kurierskiej paczek i palet do odbiorców w krajach przeznaczenia.

Dla ładunków drobnicowych o masie do 1 t/ max. 4 palety mamy stałe połączenia na trasie Gdynia – Kaliningrad.

W szczególnych przypadkach i na wyraźne zlecenie Klienta dysponujemy ofertą pełnego ubezpieczenia Cargo zależnie od wartości przewożonego ładunku.

Storage

Temporary storage warehouse – this is a facility for temporary storage of goods imported from outside the European Union until they are admitted to marketing.

The goods are stored in a bonded storehouse on the basis of an abbreviated customer’s declaration (DSK).

The services of a temporary storage warehouse (bonded storehouse) provide for storage of goods for 20 days from filing the abbreviated customer’s declaration. Upon a justified application and subject to consent of the Customs Office, the period may be extended without the need to pay customs duties and VAT. The service is particularly useful when the time until customs clearance is long, e.g. due to the need to clarify discrepancies, provide additional or corrected documents accompanying the cargo or when a 100% customs examination is performed.

The surface area of the Temporary Storage Warehouse is 1350 m2. In front of the warehouse there is a handling yard of 1050 m2. The warehouse and the yard are under constant camera surveillance.

The Temporary Storage Warehouse can also be used to store subsidised products for export.

Te services of the domestic (distribution) warehouse include e.g.:

  • storage and distribution of goods;
  • unloading, loading, handling, repackaging, consolidation, palletisation, etc.;
  • rental of storage space with warehouse services;
  • small carpentry services – constructing crates (wood, plywood, chipboard);
  • fumigation service with issue of certificate.

In order to provide storage and warehousing services, Yes Cargo Sp z o.o. operates e.g.:

  • warehousing space,
  • handling ramp,
  • specialist equipment (3 stackers with load capacity up to 3.5 t); it is also possible to handle goods up to 24 tons;

On behalf of its Clients, Yes Cargo sp. z o.o. sees to all formalities related to customs clearance, forwarding and storage formalities, including representing the Clients in contacts with customs authorities and securing and payment of customs duties and taxes.

Korzystanie z procedury składu celnego pozwala importerom rozłożyć w czasie płatność należności celno-podatkowych . Sprowadzony towar można w całości złożyć w składzie celnym, a później wyprowadzać go partiami , regulując należności tylko za wyprowadzoną część towaru . To udogodnienie szczególnie cenne dla importerów , którzy sprowadzają duże ilości towaru obciążonego wysokimi należnościami celno-podatkowymi , a także dla przedsiębiorców dokonujących re-eksportu towarów poza obszar Unii Europejskiej .W tym drugim przypadku możliwy jest eksport bezpośrednio ze składu celnego , bez konieczności wprowadzenia go na polski obszar celny.

Dokumenty, które należy przedstawić aby móc skorzystać ze składu celnego:

  • dokumenty rejestracyjne firmy (KRS lub wpis do EDG, NIP, REGON);
  • umowa ze składem celnym lub oświadczenie o zawarciu takiej umowy zawierające: nazwę prowadzącego skład celny, nr pozwolenia na prowadzenie składu celnego, termin, na jaki umowa została zawarta;

in connection with Poland’s accession to the European Community, as from 1 May 2004 Polish business entities involved in intracommunity trade are obliged to file monthly INTRASTAT declarations, separately for exports and imports.

To assist the entities in their compliance with the new duties, we offer all services required for statistical documentation of intracommunity trade in goods.
